The main part of the program was the Lamarty conference. The partners summed up the results of the period, discussed the situation on the furniture market, the development of the dealer network and current business challenges.
Together with business coach Vadim Zhdan we talked about market changes and new approaches to sales. We discussed interaction with the professional community and what helps build long-term cooperation with designer and architect Irina Bazylchik.
One of the main events of the meeting was the closed presentation of the new decor collection Lamarty chipboard. The partners were the first to get acquainted with its concept and saw future new products even before the official release. The new decors were presented as a single collection, in which each color and texture continues the general idea.
The business program continued with a trip to Kakheti and Tbilisi - getting to know the culture, traditions and history of the region was an excellent opportunity to continue communication in an informal atmosphere.
