In this project, a small room and a loggia were combined into a single functional space. The interior is built on a combination of modern eclecticism and classic architectural elements: moldings, stucco decoration, a calm color palette and expressive artistic accents. At the same time, each piece of furniture not only supports the overall concept, but also helps to make the most of the space.
The main storage element was a spacious closet made of Lamarty laminated chipboard in Sandy Oak. Natural wood grain with expressive fibers and natural texture added warmth and nobility to the interior, harmoniously combining classic details with modern shapes. The portal between the living room and the loggia is decorated in the same decor: slopes visually connect both spaces with furniture, creating a holistic and complete image of the interior. Built-in lighting for each section makes using the cabinet more convenient, and decorative framed fronts support the architectural character of the interior.
The work area on the loggia also received a spacious storage system, which provides space for household supplies, including an ironing board and clothes dryer. Thanks to this, it was possible to maintain the visual lightness of the space without sacrificing functionality.
Particular attention in the room is paid to the multifunctional shelving unit made from Lamarty chipboard in the Blackwood decor. The design simultaneously separates the living and working areas on the loggia, hides the structure of the balcony block and neatly masks the radiator thanks to the lower facades with ventilation perforations. Carved MDF facades support classic interior motifs. Additionally, the rack contains storage systems, mezzanine sections and open shelves for books and decor. Thoughtful cuts for utility lines made it possible to integrate the furniture into the architecture of the room, making it a natural part of the interior.
The interior was complemented by decorative panels, classic moldings, artistic stained glass, expressive lighting, upholstered furniture, textiles, decorative accessories and landscaping. Technical equipment includes built-in furniture with lighting, modern systems for opening facades and multi-level lighting, providing comfortable scenarios for using the space.
