In the existing layout, it was necessary to allocate a separate bedroom for the parents, without depriving the house of a common area. The space was rethought with the help of new zoning, the opening between the kitchen and living room was widened, the staircase was hidden behind a laconic partition, and a large sofa was placed in a specially created niche.
The image of the interior is built around a light association with the wings of a blue bird. The load-bearing beam was turned into the central element of the ceiling composition: smooth volumes diverge from it in different directions, which gradually dissolve in the plane of the ceiling. A dusty blue softly envelops the sofa area, while the dining room and hallway are done in pure white, making the space feel light and airy. The bedroom was hidden behind a partition made of corrugated glass in an aluminum profile. This solution maintains privacy, but at the same time allows daylight to freely penetrate into the room. A thick curtain with a herringbone texture, if necessary, completely separates this part of the house, turning it into a cozy intimate corner. In the bedroom area there was space for a full-fledged dressing room, built-in storage systems and a ladies' dressing table. Behind the MDF facades there is a dark filling hidden - the cases are made of Lamarty laminated chipboard in the shade “Graphite”.
The functionality of the interior is supported by built-in storage systems, which have become a natural continuation of the new layout. A large composition of cabinets has appeared in the dining room, one of the sections of which is intended for an aquarium with a volume of up to 500 liters. The remaining modules are equipped with spacious shelves and drawers with closers, allowing you to neatly organize the storage of a variety of things. For the manufacture of the cases we used Lamarty chipboard in white. The material is well suited for such built-in structures due to its stable geometry and strength, which is especially important for furniture with high operational loads and complex engineering tasks. White facades visually dissolve into the interior, and elements made of perforated MDF in a bright coral shade add an expressive texture. The television area is continued by a suspended console with a laconic accent drawer, next to which there are two tall pencil cases in a Lamarty laminated chipboard graphite decor. Perforated MDF facades to match the walls dissolve the furniture in the space.
The niche for the sofa is completely finished with soft panels, making the seating area feel especially cozy. This idea is supported by a modular frameless sofa: one part of it is made in a calm plain fabric, the other in contrasting black and white stripes, adding dynamics to the interior. The striped motif continues in the decor and textiles, filling the interior with vibrant color accents.
