The main task of the project was to create an interior that could change with the rhythm of family life. A spacious kitchen-living room in a country house was conceived as a lively, multifunctional space for communication, relaxation, family evenings and noisy meetings with friends. That is why the concept was based on the idea of a transformable interior.
The color scheme of the space is based on a combination of light, soft shades and a rich blue accent. This complex color does not dominate here, but delicately collects the interior, making it expressive and modern. The abundance of wood textures helps maintain a feeling of warmth and naturalness, which is especially important for a country house. Already at the entrance to the space, this idea is supported by the portal, designed Lamarty chipboard in the “Soul” decor. The warm walnut texture seems to set the mood for the entire interior and gently connects different functional areas with each other.
The center of attraction was a mobile sofa assembled from three independent modules. It is supported by a kitchen island on wheels - a solution that makes the space flexible. During cooking, the island can easily be moved closer to the work area, and if necessary, frees up the center of the room for communication and relaxation. Inside the island, the designers provided another unexpected element - an additional table for large feasts, hidden behind a textile skirt. For its finishing, we chose Lamarty laminated chipboard in the same wood decor Soul with an expressive walnut texture.
A dining area was organized in the bay window. The single composition, which consists of the base of the sofa, the window sill and the cabinets, was made from Lamarty chipboard in the “Soul” decor, thanks to which the space acquired integrity. The texture of the wood emphasized the architecture of the space and made it more collected, but at the same time warm at home. Laconic side tables supported the composition, and the base of the sofa, assembled from several parts, helped maintain a feeling of flexibility and lightness even in large forms.
The designers paid special attention to the storage system and visual cleanliness of the space. The TV, which often becomes a heavy visual accent, was completely hidden behind the sliding doors of a shallow cabinet made of Lamarty chipboard in light gray decor “Grey 7810”. They were turned into a real art object with an original image painted by a robot artist. At the entrance, next to the fireplace, there was a storage system hidden in the same grey color. The calm shade of the facades practically dissolves into the interior, maintaining a feeling of lightness and without overloading the space.
The final touches made the interior especially lively and atmospheric: linen textiles, wooden accessories, dishes, spruce compositions and expressive fabrics of the modular sofa added mood to the space.
