As part of the program, guests visited the plant’s production facilities, splitting into two groups to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s operations. The designers observed the entire production process — from raw materials to finished boards — and visited the plywood and particleboard workshops, the lamination line, and the quality control laboratories.
The participants were particularly impressed by the high level of automation, the strict standards maintained at every stage, and the modern approach to ensuring consistent quality. Many noted the inspiring atmosphere, the employees’ passion for their work, and the genuine respect for the product created at the plant.
A special highlight of the program was a private preview of Lamarty’s upcoming chipboard décor collection, where guests were the first to discover the new designs ahead of their release.
After the intensive production tour, the participants enjoyed a cultural program that offered a closer look at the Komi region. At the National Gallery of the Komi Republic, designers immersed themselves in the world of ethnic art, learning about the region’s traditions, crafts, and artistic movements. The day concluded with a culinary master class featuring traditional dishes of the Komi cuisine — a warm and inspiring finale to a rich and memorable day.
We sincerely thank all participants for their interest, professional insight, and engagement! It is through such encounters that a shared vision is born — to create things that are beautiful, lasting, and truly authentic.
