May 21, 2025 at the Syktyvkar plywood plant was a meeting of the Lamarty brand managers. Professionals representing a variety of corners of Russia-from the Far East to the south of the country, and even guests, because of its limits, gathered in the capital of Komi in order to immerse themselves in production processes, get practical knowledge, discuss development strategies and strengthen partnerships in the framework of the training program.

Immediately after the welcome word and mandatory safety instruction, the participants of the event went on a tour of the production sites of the plant. The guests visited the plywood and chipboard release workshop, got acquainted with the work of the Lamination line of the chipboard, and also looked at the laboratory where quality control is carried out. Especially impressed by the high level of automation, strict standards at each stage of production and a modern approach to ensuring stable quality of products.

In the afternoon, a working meeting was held in an open dialogue format, which became one of the key stages of the program. The central topics of the discussion were issues regarding the production and promotion chipper lamarty and plywood syply , including the line Syply Design as a promising furniture solution close to Lamarty in the target audience and functionality. The discussion turned out to be lively, constructive and truly valuable for both parties.

The day ended with a warm and informal meeting at dinner, where guests were waiting for a master class on the preparation of national Komi cuisine. This became a bright cultural accent of a rich day and allowed the participants in an informal setting to continue the exchange of ideas and impressions.
